Next man Ishan Kishan got out on 1 run on Cummins’s bowling.

Hardik Pandya joined forces with Rohit Sharma for the fourth wicket. However, things started going downhill for Mumbai Indians as soon as Rohit Sharma got departed on 43 runs. Rahul Tripathi was caught behind on one peached delivery bowled by Chahar. Rahul had a third when he dismissed Eoin Morgan and kept Mumbai Indians’ hope alive.

Nitesh Rana scored(57) his second consecutive fifty before got out on the last ball of Chahar’s spell. Rahul Chahar finished with a brilliant figure of 4-27-4. Shakib Al Hasan who tried to attempt a glory shot caught on the boundary. Jasprit Bumrah bowled a spectacular 19th over. With the needed 15 runs off the final over, Andre Russell got caught and bowled with a deceiving bowl by Trent Boult. Boult cleaned bowled Cummins in the next delivery. MI won the match.

There were many excellent performances in MI vs KKR match. Andre Russell was spectacular with the bowl as he claimed fifer and is now holding Purple Cap at this moment. Surya Kumar was brilliant with the bat. However, it was Mumbai Indians leg spinner Rahul Chahar who won yesterday’s IPL match for Mumbai Indians. Rahul Chahar won the man of the match award.
